First, any change has to be put in a new thread. If you see a new posting and it was made by sombody else it is because I asked them to post the posting. If I did not request it then I will remove the thread.
New members can be anybody. If you have a player you want to bring into the guild bring them to the officer of your pack.
New officers must be level 32 or higher, in the guild for at least one month. The candidate will have a sponsor, usually their pack leader. The pack leader will call a meeting of officers, the candidate and at least two non officers. The candidate can request one non officer of their choice. The candidate will have the opportunity to state why they feel they will make a great officer. The candidate will be removed from the chat and the officers will discuss the candidate with the non-officers. All in attendance will place a vote ACCEPT the guildmaster. Guildmaster is only going to serve as a moderator of the discussion and vote. Any current officers under level 32 is a officer because they have been with the guild since it was started.
Members and Officers must adhere to the following.
1) Always follow Disney Rules of Conduct.
2) Willing to help others who are in need of help no matter which pack they are in.
3) Will never ever take control of another players ship without permission.
4) When on board another players ship you will always follow their directions.
5) Will always give ALL players respect at all times.
6) If you have an issue with a guidline, another player, an officer or an action you seen during game play. Do not post it here. BRING it to your pack leader, Kate Locksteel or Mark Raidpane.
